Exploring an elevated hospitality experience.
While I was the Director of Digital Design and Emerging Technologies for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, I lead the design and architected the experience of a new iPad App. The app was designed as though we were welcoming people into our hotels, from a friendly greeting and comfortable intuitive user experience, to elegant design that made guests take their time exploring. It's about adapting to the moment. We were capturing the hearts of affluent travelers.
